There is an increased fee for emergency service. However, we are available for technical support, non-emergency service and repairs and regular planned maintenance as well.
Emergency service typically means one of two things (or both):
You need the repair done TODAY - for example, a broken access system that won’t allow residents into a building. While we are sometimes able to achieve same-day repair times with our standard service and repair, this is not guaranteed.
You need service or repairs done after our business hours, on a weekend or on a holiday.
