These systems and their peripheral devices rely on data transmission and communication to run smoothly. When you need a solution that can connect your system with greater bandwidth and at greater distances than standard copper cables can provide. Barnum Companies, Inc. installs and maintains [Corning branded fiber optic cable](https://www.corning.com/optical-communications/worldwide/en/home/products.html#fiberoptic) as a part of all of our system setups. The standard CAT5 copper cable used for an ethernet connection cannot exceed 328 ft in length, but in many cases, the devices we install that require an ethernet connection much further than the 328 ft threshold. Fiber optic cabling allows these devices to be installed anywhere we need them, regardless of their distance from the head end. For you, this means full control without interruptions. ### RESIDENTIAL FIBER OPTIC ##### Connect and Control your… Gates Access Controls Alarm Systems Video Surveillance [Get a Quote](https://barnumgs.com/get-a-quote?hsLang=en) ### Commercial Fiber Optic ##### Connect and Control your… Gates Barriers Access Controls Alarm Systems Surveillance Systems Security Systems Overhead Doors Pedestrian Doors & Controls High Speed Doors Folding Doors [Get a Quote](https://barnumgs.com/get-a-quote?hsLang=en) ### Mini Storage Fiber Optic ##### Connect and Control your… Gates Barriers Access Controls Alarm Systems Surveillance Systems Security Systems Overhead Doors Pedestrian Doors & Controls High Speed Doors Folding Doors [Get a Quote](https://barnumgs.com/get-a-quote?hsLang=en) ## Past Projects #### Residential [![IMG_0473](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/IMG_0473.jpg?width=1900&height=1425&name=IMG_0473.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/IMG_0473.jpg?hsLang=en) [![Pohlad 017](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Pohlad%20017.jpg?width=1900&height=1425&name=Pohlad%20017.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Pohlad%20017.jpg?hsLang=en) [![Dillon 8-30-11 008](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Dillon%208-30-11%20008.jpg?width=1900&height=1425&name=Dillon%208-30-11%20008.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Dillon%208-30-11%20008.jpg?hsLang=en) [![Byan Masonary 1 outside complete](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Byan%20Masonary%201%20outside%20complete.jpg?width=1900&height=1425&name=Byan%20Masonary%201%20outside%20complete.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Byan%20Masonary%201%20outside%20complete.jpg?hsLang=en) #### Commercial [![MN Power Gates. 05, 06, & 07 Installs Duluth,MN 009](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/MN%20Power%20Gates.%2005%2c%2006%2c%20%26%2007%20Installs%20Duluth%2cMN%20009.jpg?width=1900&height=1425&name=MN%20Power%20Gates.%2005%2c%2006%2c%20%26%2007%20Installs%20Duluth%2cMN%20009.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/MN%20Power%20Gates.%2005%2c%2006%2c%20%26%2007%20Installs%20Duluth%2cMN%20009.jpg?hsLang=en) [![Jimmys pics 8-1-08 011](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Jimmys%20pics%208-1-08%20011.jpg?width=1900&height=1425&name=Jimmys%20pics%208-1-08%20011.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Jimmys%20pics%208-1-08%20011.jpg?hsLang=en) [![Xcel Brainerd - Tiltaway](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Xcel%20Brainerd%20-%20Tiltaway.jpeg?width=2000&height=1500&name=Xcel%20Brainerd%20-%20Tiltaway.jpeg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Xcel%20Brainerd%20-%20Tiltaway.jpeg?hsLang=en) [![Jimmys Pictures 019](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Jimmys%20Pictures%20019.jpg?width=1900&height=1425&name=Jimmys%20Pictures%20019.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Jimmys%20Pictures%20019.jpg?hsLang=en) #### Mini Storage [![IMG_3843](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/IMG_3843.jpg?width=1900&height=1425&name=IMG_3843.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/IMG_3843.jpg?hsLang=en) [![Climate Control](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Climate%20Control.jpg?width=1900&height=1317&name=Climate%20Control.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Climate%20Control.jpg?hsLang=en) [![Stillwater out](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Stillwater%20out.jpg?width=1500&height=2000&name=Stillwater%20out.jpg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/Stillwater%20out.jpg?hsLang=en) [![image2 (004)](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/image2%20(004).jpeg?width=2000&height=1500&name=image2%20(004).jpeg)](https://barnumgs.com/hubfs/Service%20-%20Design%20and%20Fabrication/image2%20(004).jpeg?hsLang=en) #### If You Need It, We got it And If We Don't, We Can make It [Get A Quote](https://barnumgs.com/get-a-quote?hsLang=en) [![Barnum_Logos_3_20 (1)](https://barnumgs.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Barnum_Logos_3_20%20(1).png?width=200&height=85&name=Barnum_Logos_3_20%20(1).png)](https://barnumgs.com?hsLang=en) 23950 Lake Blvd. N.
